30% teachers on SIR duty, academic lessons in Karnataka govt schools take a hit

Thousands of Karnataka government and aided schools have halted learning activities. An estimated thirty percent of teachers are drafted for electoral roll revision duties. This situation has led to significant learning loss and disrupted academic schedules. Many schools are now functioning with minimal staff, impacting educational delivery. Experts suggest rescheduling the entire academic year to mitigate these effects.
