Amid Mumbai’s buzzing food scene, SpiceKlub has become the latest restaurant to open its second outlet in Mumbai’s Babulnath neighbourhood, more than a decade after first opening Lower Parel.

Babulnath has long been recognised for its thriving vegetarian community, and the vegetarian restaurant builds on this very nature to expands its authentic flavours and traditional cooking techniques to the locality in South Mumbai.

The menu showcases signature creations including Pav Bhaji Fondue, Pani Puri, Naanza, Moti Paneer Makhani, papads of India and the iconic Flower Pot Dessert, alongside signature beverages, imaginative desserts from SpiceKlub Mithaas and seasonal chef specials.

While the restaurant is best known for its inventive appetisers, beverages and desserts, its main course remains rooted in traditional Indian recipes, with many of its signature spice blends sourced from Punjab.

Inspired by old-world charm, the Babulnath outlet has interiors that depict understated elegance with abundant natural light and currently accommodates approximately 45 diners indoor, while a terrace with an additional 30 seats will be introduced during the winter months.

After the second outlet in Mumbai, the restaurant will be launching in Nashik and Ahmedabad soon, apart from Bengaluru, Chennai and Dubai, where it is already present.
