Researchers at the Institute of Science Tokyo and collaborators have created InterPet4D, a dataset to help artificial intelligence understand how dogs respond to people. It involved 23 people and 13 dogs across 11 breeds.
Using the data, the team developed InterPetMoGen, a system that generates dog movements in response to human gestures, movement, and audio cues.
