India’s love for all things Korean is not new because it has only grown over the last decade if not before that. While the earliest introduction can be attributed to Korean food and music, apart from the viral dramas, the influence of the culture has taken over the country among people of all ages that not only include Gen-Z, but also Millennials and Gen Alpha too.

Amid this craze and love for BTS and many other boy and girl bands, sources have informed us that Hybe India is set to host a music festival or concert in the near future. The revelation comes amid India’s booming music concert culture. Interestingly, it also comes a year after India hosted BTS Jung Kook’s ‘Golden: The Moments’ exhibition. For fans who remember, BTS recently revealed the possibility of visiting India soon, as they acknowledged the Indian ARMY’s love for the band and K-pop music.

While the festival is set to take place, Hybe India is currently scouting for large-scale stadium venues across the country in Mumbai, Delhi and Bengaluru too to host the concert or music festival, which the sources reveal is going to either be solo or multi-artist, but more will be revealed soon.

BTS spark India visit possibility

The Korean band including RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook earlier in August spoke to Indian fans in a video saying “Namaste India” but not without adding in Hindi, “Kaise hain aap sab? Humne aapko miss kiya!” making every ARMY fan happy. 

While V said that BTS haven’t performed in India till now, Suga also highlighted knowing that the band has a massive Indian fanbase but not without expressing his desire to meet fans in the country; J-Hope went a step further and asked where the band should visit if they embarked on an India tour, and Mumbai’s very own Khotachiwadi in Girgaon, and the Indian thali also featured in the discussion.

BTS Jung Kook’s ‘GOLDEN: The Moments’ exhibition comes to Mumbai

The world of Jung Kook of K-pop music icons BTS comes vividly to life as ‘GOLDEN: The Moments’, a global exhibition exploring the artist’s first solo album, arrived in India for the very first time in December 2025. 

It ran from December 12 to January 11 in 2026 at Mehboob Studios in Mumbai. 

Brought to Indian shores through a partnership between BookMyShow Live, and producers of the exhibit, and HYBE, the global entertainment lifestyle platform company behind BTS, the exhibition invited fans to step into Jung Kook’s golden universe, where creativity, performance and emotion converge.
