World No. 2 tennis ace Elena Rybakina, who won a Porsche 911 Carrera S Cabriolet supercar after beating Karolina Muchova 7-5, 6-1 in the Stuttgart Open on Sunday, is more than happy to take home a second mean machine from the same tournament, having won the title in 2024 too.
Interestingly though, two years ago, when she was awarded the Porsche Taycan 4S Turismo after beating Marta Kostyuk 6-2, 6-2 in the final, she was unable to drive it as she did not have a driving licence. She got her license only last year.

“Two years ago, it was a pity that I had to go in the passenger seat instead of driving the car. But now [after driving the car] it felt really nice,” Rybakina said at the post-match press conference on Sunday. Asked what she planned to do with a second supercar, Rybakina said she would share the love by lending the car to her family and team members. “I’ll definitely keep it [the car]. I have a huge team, family. So, I think we’re all going to enjoy it,” said the 26-year-old.
