First heatstroke death? Errand turns fatal in Karnataka’s Bidar
A 20-year-old man, Mohammed Sameer, reportedly died of sunstroke in Bidar district while on his way to a market. Temperatures in the region were around 40°C, significantly above the season’s average. His father has filed a complaint, and police await the post-mortem report to confirm the cause of death.
