A new study has shown that eye-catching images of healthy foods can effectively capture teenagers’ interest on social media platforms. Over 15 days, researchers shared a variety of visually appealing food images and monitored the eating habits of participants. The results indicated that exposure to vibrant food photos led to a rise in the consumption of fruits and pulses among teenagers.
