The Hyderabad District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission-I ruled against Interior Company for service deficiencies. The consumer, Manaswini Gorthi, faced several discrepancies between approved designs and actual work. Despite paying a large sum, Gorthi received incomplete work and poor quality installations. The company failed to provide adequate evidence regarding the execution of production drawings before payment.
