Residents of Supernova in Sector 94 have expressed concern over short-term rentals affecting security in their complex. Following an incident involving a bed-and-breakfast operator, the apartment owners association issued a warning against such rentals. The operator was arrested after attempting to enter the complex through the wrong gate while checking in a guest. Security issues have been heightened due to increased guest movement at odd hours.
