Palace are tough, pressure is on us: Pep Guardiola
[[{“value”:”
Pep Guardiola said the pressure faced by his Manchester City side in an English Premier League title race that is going down to the wire, has not changed after league leaders Arsenal beat West Ham.
“The pressure has not changed. We are still fighting [for the title],” said Guardiola before adding that the Gunners’s result has not dampened their morale.
City’s opponents on Wednesday have largely sacrificed their EPL campaign in order to have a shot at winning the Conference League, but Guardiola expects a tough test nonetheless. “Palace are a top team, and are always tough to beat. Maybe they aren’t consistent, but the quality is there,” said Guardiola.
