Phone tapping accused booked in disproportionate asset case
N Bhujanga Rao, an accused in the phone-tapping case, has been booked by the ACB in a disproportionate assets case. Simultaneous searches are underway at 13 locations as officials found he possesses assets exceeding his known income. Rao had previously been in judicial remand for his alleged role in the phone tapping scandal.
