India batting stalwart Rohit Sharma has revealed that he is such a big fan of the popular TV show Shark Tank that he even watches it while on tour.

In a recent special episode of his show, Family Full House, which featured four of the Shark Tank investors — Aman Gupta, Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar and Ritesh Agarwal — Rohit spoke about his fascination with the programme.

“When I return to the hotel after playing a match, I order food in my room and watch the show to see what are the latest things that are pitched to the sharks. I also enjoy the banter between the sharks. It is something that keeps me occupied,” said the opener.

Rohit even jokingly hinted that he could consider appearing on Shark Tank in the future to pitch a brand of his own.

The 39-year-old is currently part of India’s ODI series against New Zealand and will be keen to bounce back after scoring a duck in the first match, which the Men in Blue won by five wickets.
