Police have presented a “well-planned conspiracy” theory in court regarding the April 13 Noida industrial unrest, alleging it wasn’t a spontaneous worker protest but orchestrated by a core group. Chargesheets filed against 89 accused detail secret meetings and the circulation of inflammatory messages. However, the documents reveal significant discrepancies in arrest dates for several key individuals, raising questions about the investigation’s timeline and accuracy.
