T20 Mumbai League Season 4 to begin from June 1 at the Wankhede Stadium

The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has officially ignited the countdown to a landmark summer of cricket, announcing that Season 4 of the T20 Mumbai League will return alongside the highly anticipated inaugural T20 Mumbai Women’s League. Scheduled to run from June 1 to June 13, 2026, at the legendary Wankhede Stadium, this dual-tournament format marks a revolutionary step for the city’s sporting culture.
For the first time, Mumbai’s male and female cricketers will share the same spotlight in a simultaneous carnival of high-octane T20 action, ensuring the city’s rich cricketing heritage remains at the forefront of the domestic scene.
The men’s division promises a star-studded lineup, featuring an elite mix of international icons and burgeoning local talent. Fans can expect to see heavyweights like Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer, and Ajinkya Rahane taking the field, alongside explosive youngsters such as Yashasvi Jaiswal, Shivam Dube, and the rising Musheer Khan.
Meanwhile, the debut of the women’s league is set to be equally historic, headlined by seasoned performers like Sayali Satghare and Saima Thakor, as well as the sensational teenager Ira Jadhav, who recently made headlines as the most expensive acquisition at the league`s auction.
T20 Mumbai League 2026 to be telecast live across India
All matches are set to be telecast live on Star Sports and streamed on JioHotstar, expanding the league’s reach and giving fans across the country an opportunity to witness some exciting cricketing action.
MCA President Ajinkya Naik emphasised the importance of Mumbai cricket`s inclusive vision. He further added that conducting both the tournaments at the Wanhede Stadium will give the players a platform to develop themself.
“The T20 Mumbai League has consistently played an important role in strengthening Mumbai’s cricketing ecosystem and providing opportunities for emerging players to perform alongside some of the biggest names in the game. Conducting both the men’s and women’s tournaments at the Wankhede Stadium reflects the MCA’s commitment to creating a larger and more inclusive platform for talent development and taking Mumbai cricket to a wider audience.” Ajinkya Naik said.
With world-class facilities and the eyes of the nation upon the players, these thirteen days in June are poised to define the next chapter of Mumbai’s storied relationship with the game of cricket.
