Telangana high court defers hearing; Hakimpet auction on hold
Telangana High Court has halted the e-auction of an 8.24-acre land parcel in Hakimpet, Banjara Hills, after petitioners claimed ownership. The court appointed two advocate commissioners to inspect the disputed land and submit a report. The petitioners argue that boundary disputes with adjoining lands remain unresolved, and the auction proceeded without a joint survey. The next hearing is scheduled for July 20.
