Telangana high court dismisses ED appeals in VANPIC quid pro quo case involving ex-CM YS Jagan Reddy
The Telangana High Court has upheld an order releasing properties attached in the VANPIC quid pro quo case involving Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The court found the Appellate Tribunal’s reasoning sound, stating investments predated the project and thus couldn’t be considered bribes. The Enforcement Directorate’s appeals were dismissed.
