‘Threatened, abused, harassed’: How 14-year-old girl’s elopement brought a family to brink
A 45-year-old woman consumed poison and died after her family was assaulted by the girl’s relatives. Her husband reported harassment by the local police outpost and inappropriate behavior by the officer in charge.
