Samay Raina to embark on India tour from November

Indian stand-up comedian Samay Raina is returning to the Indian stage with Samay Raina Live, said to be his biggest India tour till now, running from November 2026 to April 2027 starting with six cities.

The tour will start with Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru and Mumbai announced so far and more cities to be added soon. 

Raina teased the tour on his Instagram story, inviting fans to sign up for the pre-sale tickets, which will go live at September 28 at 2 pm, giving fans first access to tickets ahead of the general sale at 2:30 pm  on September 30.

Known for his wit and observational humour, Samay Raina co-won Comicstaan Season 2 in 2019, and has seen his career grow, amid controversies.

He went on to build a following through live chess-and-comedy streams, including the ‘Comedians on Board’ series while featuring leading chess grandmasters such as Viswanathan Anand. He created and hosts ‘India’s Got Latent’, now in its second season. Raina’s last India tour, ‘Still Alive and Unfiltered’, ran 16 shows across seven cities between August and October 2025. He has since performed at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York, becoming one of the youngest Indian comedians to do so.

The comedian, who is also a YouTuber, saw his last special, ‘Still Alive’ has 72 million views, the highest viewership for a comedy special anywhere in the world.

Diljith Dosanjh to perform in India 

While Samay Raina makes people laugh, moving away from comedy to music, Indian Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh will also perform in India in November bringing his ‘Aura World Tour’ to the country for its debut in Ahmedabad to perform at the Narendra Modi Stadium on November 21.

The performance in India comes two years after his ‘Dil-Luminati India Tour’ in 2024, making many fans excited about the performance, amid the music concert season in the country.

Fans in Ahmedabad can look forward to a high-energy set spanning Dosanjh’s biggest hits and fan favourites, including chart-toppers like ‘G.O.A.T.’, ‘Ikk Kudi’, ‘Lalkara’, ‘Lover’, ‘5 Taara’ ‘Case’ and ‘Water’, among others.
