Amazon has launched a new feature, in which users can also chat by asking questions about products. The company has added a new Join the Chat option to its Hear the Highlights feature. With its help, users can ask questions in text or voice while listening to an audio summary of any product. For example, users can ask if this coffee machine is suitable for children? AI responds from product details, customer reviews and available information. Will respond like an audio host – AI script changes in real time – Text-to-speech prepares the answer – Host responds in the same tone How this feature works – This is not just a regular chatbot. – Details, reviews, information available on the web… it combines all these to give an answer. – If a feature has been mentioned before, AI tries to give a new and different answer.
