Karnataka’s cabinet has decided to bring back student elections in colleges and universities. Only enrolled students can contest and vote, excluding political parties and organizations. The government plans to establish ten thousand youth clubs at the village level. Membership registration for these clubs is expected to resume shortly. These initiatives aim to develop leadership and promote democratic values among youth.
