PG student and vet booked for illegal experiments on strays at Bengaluru hospital

A veterinary facility in Bengaluru was raided after complaints of illegal surgeries. Police rescued twelve dogs and one cat, finding a deceased dog. A postgraduate student and a veterinarian were booked under animal cruelty laws. The facility allegedly conducted unauthorized orthopaedic procedures and medical experiments on stray animals. Investigations are ongoing to determine the full extent of the violations.
