In the IPL 2026 match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have reached the score of 64 runs for the loss of four wickets after the completion of 10 overs at the Ekana Cricket Stadium B Ground in Lucknow.
Having put to bat first, KKR`s captain Ajinkya Rahane scored 10 runs in 15 balls, including a maximum. Wicketkeeper-batsman Tim Seifert was dismissed on a three-ball duck.
Angkrish Raghuvanshi lost his wicket in an unusual way, as he was declared out for obstructing the field. His eight-ball knock ended with nine runs, including a boundary. Rovman Powell also departed on one run after facing four balls.
Cameron Green and Rinku Singh are unbeaten at the crease.
LSG`s Moshin Khan has claimed three wickets by conceding 14 runs in three overs. Mohammed Shami, Prince Yadav, Digvesh Rathi, George Linde, and Aiden Markram will continue their hunt for their first scalp.
Earlier, LSG`s skipper Rishabh Pant won the toss and elected to bowl first against KKR.
The Super Giants entered the clash with just one change, where George Linde came in place of Manimaran Siddharth.
After winning the toss, LSG`s skipper Pant said, “We`re gonna bowl first, we want to again put the opposition in the back first and just find the answer as a batting group. Just one change, Linde comes in for Siddharth. Definitely we are working towards it, when there are lots of leaders in the family, you have to find a way and we are pretty close to finding ways and we gotta just stick together, stay tight, because we know that we can turn around the season from here and I`m pretty confident to make it happen. See definitely any kind of confidence is definitely needed and we`ll take that one too”.
