Former Maoist and activist Gade Innaiah has been granted two months of interim medical bail by the Telangana High Court. Arrested by the NIA for alleged support of banned Maoist activities, Innaiah needs physiotherapy post-surgery. The court permitted him to recover at his daughter’s home until August 4, 2026, under strict surveillance.
