In the IPL 2026 match against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Mumbai Indians (MI) emerged victorious by six wickets at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

After suffering a defeat, LSG`s captain Rishabh Pant said, “The way we started we should have got more runs. Some good signs, the boys played freely. We were short by 10-15 runs, it was a 220-230 wickets, but on a wicket like this you can`t blame the bowlers, they have been doing well. We need some good luck man, that`s all I can say. (How can they get luck?) Lot of blessing will help, more effort from us for sure”.
