Karnataka CEO’s order ends 6-hour dharna by CM over alleged voter deletion
Karnataka’s Chief Electoral Officer, V Anbukumar, has directed electoral registration officers to launch a probe into claims of false information on voter registration applications. This initiative prompted Chief Minister DK Shivakumar and fellow protesters to conclude their demonstration, which was aimed at urging an inquiry into the deletion of voter registrations.
