In the IPL 2026 match against Delhi Capitals (DC), Punjab Kings (PBKS) have reached the score of 107 runs for the loss of two wickets in 10 overs at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala.
Having been put to bat first, PBKS` wicketkeeper-batsman Prabhsimran Singh departed after scoring 18 runs in 15 balls, including three boundaries. Fellow opening batsman Priyansh Arya smashed 56 runs in 33 balls, with the help of two boundaries and six maximums.
Skipper Shreyas Iyer and Cooper Connolly are unbeaten at the crease.
Delhi`s Mukesh Kumar and Madhav Tiwari have managed to pick up one wicket each. Mitchell Starc, Auqib Nabi, and Lungi Ngidi are yet to claim their first wickets.
Earlier, DC`s skipper Axar Patel won the toss and elected to bowl first against PBKS.
The Capitals entered the clash with three changes, with Sahil Parakh coming in for Sameer Rizvi and David Miller replacing Pathum Nissanka. Vipraj Nigam will also make way for Madhav Tiwari.
After winning the toss, DC`s skipper Axar said, “We will be bowling. That`s the only thing going right (winning 9 out of 12 tosses). (The situation has become very tight?)
