The two-day food and drink festival, India Cocktail Week or ICW as it is more popularly known, that celebrates mixology, luxury spirits, and cocktail culture, is returning for its seventh season. The two-day event will kick off on October 24 and 25 at the DLF Surface Parking, Cyber City in Gurugram, followed by Bengaluru and Mumbai.

It will bring together over 25 global and homegrown spirit brands, exclusive international bar takeovers, an elite culinary lineup, and explosive electronic and live music performances.

Leading the bar takeovers this time are two of Europe’s best bars. Himkok Oslo (Number 4 on Europe’s 50 Best Bars 2026) and Wax On Berlin (Number 17 of Europe’s 50 Best Bars 2026) will host the international bar takeovers at the festival.

Festival-goers can look forward to trying new creations along with signature pours from an array of global and homegrown brands, including Absolut, Ballantine’s Finest, Bacardí, Bombay Sapphire, Camikara, Cashmir, Chivas, Don Julio, Emberstone, Hapusa, Jack Daniel’s, Jameson, Johnnie Walker Blonde, Maker’s Mark, Mikiamo, Monkey 47, Patrón, Red Bull, Roku, Seoulmate, Smirnoff, Teeling, The Glenlivet Caribbean Reserve, Tigerfire, Toki Suntory, and Xclamation.

Beyond tasting world-class pours, attendees can elevate their own mixology skills through a series of exclusive masterclasses and interactive workshops. Led by global brand ambassadors, industry experts, and visiting international bartenders, these curated sessions will pull back the curtain on cocktail making.

The two-day event follows ICW’s signature mix of cocktails, food, and music, featuring a stacked musical lineup spanning electronic, house, and live music. Audiences can expect high-groove performances from Stephan Jolk, DCR Milda, Pavnii, Afroafrosocial, Nake, Bahaar, and a special showcase by Stephan from Dance Like Delhi.

To complement the beverage experiences, the festival will host curated food stalls from top regional culinary brands, including Kimmy’s, Nizam, Bomba, Burgernama, Nara Thai, Lexi’s Sandwich and McCain.

Talking about this edition, Sharan Behl, founding director and co-founder of the festival says, “Delhi-NCR has always had a dynamic and evolving cocktail culture, making it an exciting city to celebrate cocktails and its craft. This edition brings together an exciting mix of homegrown and global spirits, international bar takeovers besides  a martini bar crawl in the week leading upto the festival. ICW is all about a space where people can discover new spirits, experience different facets of cocktail culture and simply enjoy a great weekend with friends.”
